Just the basics with a legals only wedding
Want to get married with the minimum legal requirements and no ceremony?
Getting married overseas and need to make it official before you fly out?
This package is for you.
Here’s what’s included:
In the lead up:
We will complete the Notice of Intended Marriage at least one month before the wedding, either via video call or at my place in Forster
On the day:
You and your two witnesses will either come to my place, or we will meet at a picnic table around Forster. If you prefer I can provide witnesses for you (a small fee may apply)
I will ensure the legal requirements are covered, and if you wish to say your own vows, exchange rings, you’re most welcome to do so
After the wedding ceremony:
I’ll register your marriage within 48 hours
I can order your official marriage certificate when I register the marriage, to arrive within 2 weeks. Fee applies
You’ll take home the Fern Weddings rose gold pen that you used to sign your marriage certificate
